General Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept the request.
Items eligible for return or exchange must be:
- In their original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
Accepted reasons for return or exchange include (but are not limited to):
- The product is not the size ordered
- The product is not the color ordered
- The product did not arrive
- You received the wrong product
- The product has manufacturing defects or damages
- The product does not match the description or photos
Return and Exchange Procedure
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at support@moonmillion.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions, including the return address.
- Carefully pack the item, including the invoice or a document showing your order number.
- Ship the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
- Once received, our team will inspect the item. If it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund or exchange promptly.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
